Making a purchase is simple. Browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the “toy box” using the “add to toy box” button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We use PayPal as our payment service provider. The website is set-up to allow orders from UK based customers. If you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom please contact us first and we will help you to complete your purchase.
Official orders from local authorities, health authorities, schools and public organisations are welcomed. Please email or fax your order on headed paper to us. We offer 30 days credit for official orders and request payments by cheque or bank transfer.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We ship all purchases using courier service or Royal Mail. In the UK goods will normally be delivered the next working day to business and residential addresses. In the rest of Europe and North America purchases will normally be delivered within five working days depending on the courier service standards.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Excitim Limited is required to add VAT (at 20%) to the purchase price of all toys / products listed on the website. This applies to all individuals and organisations in the UK and Europe who cannot show that they are VAT registered.
Individuals or organsiation living or based outside of UK and Europe, for example in the US and Canada, do not need to pay VAT on purchases through Excitim's United Kingdom based webshop. To calculate the VAT free price of goods take the website price displayed and divide it by 1.2 (for example: website price £60 / 1.2 = £50)
Certain products we sell can be purchased at a price exempt of VAT. This is known as VAT relief. HMRC rules concerning VAT relief state the product must have been designed specifically for use by people with a disability and is being purchased by, or on behalf of someone who is disabled.
The cost of shiping your order is not eligable for VAT relief.
In order to claim VAT relief it is necessary to complete and return to Excitim the Value Added Tax Exemption Form.

Upon return of the completed VAT Exemption Form we will send you a Discount Code that can be used during the website checkout process to remove VAT from eligable products.

Purchases made by credit card are managed by our credit card service provider. At no time in the transaction do we see any of your confidential details.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with the goods you purchase. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our goods or service in any way please contact us immediately. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not entirely satisfied.
Simply return the goods in their original packaging for a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs already incurred. If, through no fault of our own or the shipping company, we are unable to deliver goods or we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund your purchase less the cost of delivery (both outward and return).
Breakages or damaged goods should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and returned at the earliest opportunity.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
